Our design process is rooted in strategy and research. We rely on your brand values to direct every phase of your design, allowing intuitive and meaningful creative decisions to be made with ease throughout your project.

We will collaborate to develop a comprehensive brand identity that is not only visually compelling, but creates the impact necessary for your commercial success.

I.

custom proposal

On an introductory call, we will gather what we need to know about your project, your goals, and your vision for your business and brand design. From there, we will present a customized proposal based on your needs.

II.

brand clarity

You’ll receive our Brand Clarity workbook, carefully crafted to help you get to the heart of your brand, audience and goals. After you’ve worked through the prompts, you’ll use your insights to complete our Brand Questionnaire.

III.

research

We will spend some time reviewing your questionnaire, researching your business and marketplace, and developing your Creative Direction brief. This document will serve as the foundation of your brand design and will extensively cover your audience, messaging, visual direction and more.


IV.

CONCEPT DESIGN

Once your Creative Direction is approved, we will start working on your concept development. After working through multiple concepts, we will pick the strongest one and present it to you through an in-depth concept presentation that includes your logo, marks, color palette, typography and visual examples of how we can bring this identity to life through brand touch points.

V.

MATERIALS DESIGN

When your concept is approved, we will start designing your materials (print and digital brand touch points), as well as your Brand Identity Style Guide. This extensive guide covers everything you and your collaborators need to execute your design with cohesion and certainty.

If your project includes packaging or web design, we will begin that now.

VI.

LAUNCH & CELEBRATE

An organized file system will be sent to you for hand-off, along with any guides and tutorials that may be needed for your team.

It’s time to celebrate and reflect on the progress you’ve made as a business. You will now have an elevated brand identity that resonates with your audience and brings you confidence, clarity and boundless inspiration.

  • Let’s chat about what you’re looking for!

    Some common additions include, but are not limited to: packaging design, email template design, custom illustration, pattern development, brand photography direction, media kit design, and presentation deck design.

  • Brand Design takes approximately 6 weeks.

    Web Design takes approximately 4-12 weeks, depending on site complexity.

  • A signed service agreement and deposit will secure your spot in our calendar.

    For brand design, we will need your completed Brand Questionnaire to kick off the project.

    For web design, we will need all website copy and brand photography. We can provide recommendations for copywriters and photographers if needed.

  • Your total investment is spread out across the months we are scheduled to work together. Payment is due on the first of each month, aside from your first payment, which is a deposit due at the time of booking to secure your spot in our calendar.

    Online bank payment through our invoicing software or ACH transfer is preferred. Credit card payment is accepted with an additional fee.

  • We do not. We strongly believe a successful brand identity consists of more than a single logo design. We have developed a branding process that begins with strategic direction and ultimately delivers a complete visual identity that informs future collateral, products, business decisions and more. This holistic approach is necessary in order for your visual identity to truly serve your business.
